It's time for a new scrapbook challenge over at MFP SpeedyTV !! This week's challenge is Anything Goes!! Your challenge is to create a layout about anything you want. You choose the theme, the page elements, the colors etc. etc.., the only requirement is that you use stamps on your layout.
Remember this challenge is strictly scrapbook layouts, no cards please, and you have to use stamps on your layouts. They don't have to be Marks Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co stamps but if you do use them you will receive an additional entry for a chance to win our May weekly stamp prize ...
I have 2 layouts to share with you today. They both use photos from my grandmother's album. The first layout is of my great aunt, Aunt Rosa, my grandmother's sister.
I used the Marsh Silhouettes stamp set from the May release to stamp the sentiments on my border strip.
My second layout is of my Uncle Napoleon, my mother's brother, He enlisted in the Army after he fininshed high school.
The label at the bottom right was scanned from the back of the photo. I used the USA Heroes stamp set for my page elements.
I can't wait to see what you create for this week's challenge! To be eligible to win the flower image stamp be sure to link your page to MFP SpeedyTV Scrapbook Challenge #17 and mention the MFPSpeedyTV Scrapbook Challenge in your blog post. Please do not submit any back linked layouts. You have until 9:00 pm on Wednesday June 5th to submit your layouts.
