Each week one blessed person will win this beautiful stamp...
For my layout I used a photo of a dapper young gentleman that I found in my grandmother's album. I'm assuming he was a family friend. His name is written on the photo but I don't recognize it as one of a family member.
My stamps are from the Mark's Finest Papers In My Den set, one of my favorites.
I can't wait to see what you create for this week's challenge! To be eligible to win the August stamp be sure to link your page to MFPSpeedyTV Scrapbook Challenge #26 and mention the MFPSpeedyTV Scrapbook Challenge in your blog post. You have until 9:00 pm on Wednesday August 7th to submit your layouts.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Blessings to you!
Gemiel this is so masculine - love your use of red and blue papers.

Gemiel, I love meeting your grandmother's family and friends in your art works. This is a wonderful layout, almost like a patriotic quilt. He is indeed a handsome fellow. Aren't you glad your granny had the thought to preserve all these memories? What a fine woman she must have been! Thanks for your prayers. I have had the surgery and things are much better. I had a bit of reaction to the anesthesia, but that's gone too. My husband's procedures had good results too. God is good!
ReplyDeleteHow nice.... You have the best heritage photos. Love how you used the different patterns. They are the perfect stamps for the layout!
