Happy Wednesday!! It's the first Wednesday of November so it's double sponsor day! Today's word art comes from 1 Thessalonians...
Give thanks in EVERYTHING??? You must be kidding!! When things don't go my way, I'm to give thanks? When I don't have food to eat, I'm to give thanks? When someone wrongs me, I'm to give thanks? YES!!! God tells us to give thanks in everything. The verse doesn't say give thanks for everything, but in everything. Why? Because we know that all things work together for good to them that love God (Romans 8:28). God is in control and nothing happens without His permission. He takes everything that happens in our lives and works it for our ultimate good. Whatever our circumstances, we always have something to be thankful for.
Supplies:
Bo Bunny Patterned Paper
Autumn Leaves Cardstock
Queen & Co. Pearls
Button, Ribbon
Fiskars Border Punch

In the very worst of times-we have something to be thankful for if we just look. There's always someone worse off than us.
ReplyDeleteLove your pics of the volunteers working to help others. That's what it's all about isn't it?
Have a blessed week!
Beautiful layout Gemiel~I love the clean design! Many blessings~
ReplyDeleteGemiel,
ReplyDeleteThis card and #54 both have an appearance of depth. It was the first thing that caught my eye. Is it the sky in the background of the photo?
They are beautiful cards and I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy seeing your work.
