Valentine's Blog Hop

Welcome to the Word Art Wednesday / Stampin' Sisters in Christ Valentine's Blog Hop. We are celebrating LOVE......God's love.    If you arrived here from  Karen's blog, you are in the right place. If not, you might want to start at the Word Art Wednesday Blog  and hop from there, for a chance to win one of several prizes and see lots of beautiful word art along the way.

Here are the hop details:
The hop will run until February 13 and there will be prizes!  Some of the blogs along the hop are offering prizes and there will be a drawing for a Grand Prize from Stampin' Up for all who complete the entire hop.  To be eligible for the Grand Prize, hop to each designers blog and leave a comment. After you have completed the hop, go to the Stampin' Sisters In Christ Blog and leave a comment telling us that you have completed the hop, making note if there were any designers blogs that you couldn't comment on. The winner will be announced on the Word Art Wednesday Blog on Valentine's Day.

The word art for the hop comes from John 15:9...


Since we're celebrating love,  I choose a photo of my husband and I, taken last February, for my layout.


I printed the word art out on cardstock and die cut it into a heart shape.  The red heart is a paper doily that I sprayed with glimmer mist.

Supplies:
BoBunny Enchanted Patterned Paper
DCWV, Martha Stewart and Creative Memories Cardstock
Recollections,  Kaiser Craft and Martha Stewart Gems
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist
Doily, Lace, Ink

What would Valentine's Day be without candy???  Blog candy that is!!!  One blessed person will be the winner of the goodies pictured below.  To be eligible for the drawing, all you have to do is become a follower of this blog (if you aren't already) and leave a comment on this post.  The winner will be announced here on Valentine's Day.

    I really liked that you did a card with you and your husbands picture. I am reminded daily of my Father's love through my husband. He gave me a 'fairy tale' ending to an otherwise 'tumultuous' life by bringing my husband in to my life!! I am, as you are, very blessed!
